  Rang before the visit, then arrived when he said he would.. I told him what was wrong and the engineer went right to the fault replaced the part and left. Took about 10/15 mins Completely the opposite to the other review on here cant fault the company & cant believe they treated the other guy so badly..

  This service was simply fantastic.phoned them up in the morning and spoke to them ,no time arranged for appointment ,went out in the afternoon with my boy and when I returned only to find repair of my machine had been done in my absence ,and it now works like a dream ,saved me so much stress of waiting another day ,thank you kindly to the man who turned up with a leg cast on and did what he had to do ,You are amazing and actually humbled me yesterday coz you wouldn't get service like that anywhere else x will definately be using again in future for other appliance break downs x Miss Hill
